Brad Sykes has been actively involved in ministry for more than twenty-five years, teaching, leading small groups, counseling and discipling. His desire is to see men and women grow in their understanding of the gospel and its power to transform lives and families. Brad is motivated by a deep conviction that if men led in the discipleship of their families with the same voracity and intention that they exhibit in the workplace the impact would be tremendous.

Originally from Houston and a graduate of Texas Christian University, Brad has spent most of his career in business development; bringing companies like The Mattress Firm and Whataburger to the state of Florida. He is currently an active Realtor with Keller Williams Atlantic Partners.

Brad and his wife Vicki have been married for thirty years. They have five children and are eagerly anticipating the arrival their first grandchild in January.
